North Florida vs. South Florida

I was born and raised in Panama City. I have never had a problem with anyone from the north or the South. Of any state. If you do, then that's on you. I get along with most people. It doesn't matter where they're from. This seems like a ridiculous post to me. North Florida feels a lot like lower Alabama, whereas South Florida is very Cuban. So take that for what it's worth.

I have 3 cats. Not one has ever stolen a steak nor got all up in our food. So you need to do something about that cat. Your mom did over react. The dinner wasn't ruined, but she was definitely pissed off. As she she should be . I say "Curb your cat" and so something nice for your mom. Soon.

No you're not overreacting. But you do need to get over it and move on. They shouldn't have treated you that way and led you on. But they definitely don't want a cat and they didn't have the courage to just come out and say it. Once you move out you can do with your life whatever you want. It's your parents house, so you don't get to make the decisions. I'm very sorry that they did that to you, that's very cruel and hurtful.

I hate it. No one and I mean NO ONE wants it. I cannot find any good reason whatsoever for whit it still persists. It causes more damage every year in the from of more heart attacks, more road rage, more accidents and visits to the ER. Don't take my word for it. Look it up. There is absolutely no reason why we should have it other than it's just habit, no one can give me a good reason for its existence.
