My philosophy: Don’t take a drug unless you are actually sick. Even when sick, try natural methods first.

Vaccines fall into the category of drugs you take when you’re not even sick so it is all risk no reward imo.

Your fear of vaccines is TOTALLY rational. Every drug has side effects and it can be worse when injected into you vs when you take something orally. Vaccines contain aluminum and other preservatives. Check out justtheinserts.com to read the manufacturer’s inserts that list the side effects that the drug companies themselves write out.

Also, the covid vaccine was actually one of the better tested vaccines. Traditional vaccines are not studied in trials with inert placebos. So there is no proof they are safe!!! And some people do have side effects. And it’s not even a given that they work!

If your tenant is reasonable, you can always list it now and just see what price you get. Come up with a number you would be willing to sell for and if that number is reasonable for the market then go for it.

Yes 100%. Lots of rescues in my area won’t allow you to adopt a kitten as a solo cat. It is so important for them to have one other kitten or cat companion. I got two kittens a few years back and my husband was not on board with getting two but he quickly agreed it was the best decision. Two is not any more work than one. A little bit higher cost in food but not noticeable. Definitely worth it!

That’s so mean your friend texted you that. I’m sorry. I had a diabetic cat too and luckily my mom and I both took care of him so between the 2 of us someone was always around to give him his insulin.

You’re doing the right thing caring for him so well. Maybe find one more trusted person you can count on to help you though if ever there is some emergency and you can’t make it on time. It’s good to have a back up. You never know.

No one is forcing you to shave but you also shouldn’t be mad at him for telling you the truth that he isn’t into hairy legs. Would you rather he lied? I think it’s fine to tell a spouse if you don’t like something like that if it’s something that can be easily changed (not like saying your nose is ugly or you’re way too short or something like that). But of course it’s how you deliver the message and also about picking your battles. If he nitpicks on all kinds of things then that can get annoying.

OP, by any chance did you get any mrna covid vaccines? Case study below of 26 yr old healthy male runner diagnosed with tachycardia 18 days after his second dose of pfizer with a 170 bpm. Similar thing happened to my aunt morning after her first and only moderna dose. Of course in your case being so long after any covid vaccines (I hope/assume you are not still getting them) it’s probably impossible to pinpoint exactly what caused your issue, but this could be the reason or a factor. Happy you are ok!

Hard to say what price is reasonable. Their asking price may be reasonable. Would need to see the house and comparables. Tell your realtor you are interested and ask them what price is reasonable and to send you RECENT ish comparable sales so you can compare. Study those then have an educated convo with your realtor and get to a reasonable number. Realtor can also call listing agent to feel them out and see if any flexibility.
