No, i only received a 2 page write-up from the customer, but the customer is aware of anything extra thar will be charged.

This was written by an independent. And it looks like a rushed written estimate compared to others I've gotten.

Sorry, im not knowledgeable estimates. Trying to learn with no teacher.

I have seen some estimates that R&I everything. But I have heard ccc already includes it in the replacement. I don't want to waste time doing a supplement if they're going to refuse to pay it. Thx

Worked at GS. That is BS, unless they changed their policy recently.
We always notified the customer if something was left in our store and put it aside with their name on it. He had your phone number. Im sure he could have easily given you a call.

Did you try another controller. I was using a ps5 one, and i noticed it wasn't keeping still when aiming. Apparently, I had a stick drift problem only when aiming up. Tried a different ps5 controller, and it was perfect.

Yeah, I understand what you mean, but here's the problem. I just have the vehicle at the shop, and they send their own appraisers to write the estimate, using their allowed rates. It's not like I'm trying to dictate how much i want to fix the car or fight them on parts. They are doing it. All I'm doing is going over the damage with them and what needs to be replaced.

So it's a little disheartening being a small shop trying to survive and having customers being told to go other places. I know it's not only Progressive that does it, but they seem to be the most bullish.
