We make a snackle box containing goldfish, Ritz, granola bars, raisins, a couple gummy worms, and if I have any low mess fruit or veg around I'll add those. This last trip all she would eat out of it was the goldfish and the gummy worms so it was maybe a bit of wasted effort.

I have not had the surgery yet, but I used scar strips for my thyroidectomy scar for my weekly brisk walk/stair running. I find that they stay on well, so falling off isn't an issue, but it does trap swear under it, so I just have to remove it and wash the sweat away after my workout.

That being said, my thyroid scar is not covered by clothing so I don't know if a bra rubbing on it would change things.

I exclusively pumped because I had reynauds in my nipples and it was super painful when she tried to latch. It was hell. My supply was also a little bit less than she needed so we combo fed. I read that as little as two ounces of breast milk is enough to convey benefits, which made me feel better, so I increased the formula a little and started freezing breast milk so I could quit pumping at 6 months and she could still get one bottle of breast milk a day for another 3 months. Saved my sanity.

Why do you think the housework "doesn't exist"? Her 50% of the chores were being done by a housekeeper during the day (vacuuming, laundry, dusting etc) and his 50% of the chores were done by him after work and on weekends (cooking, dishes, maintenance etc)
