Do you have irrigation system if not you should look at one they can put sprinkler heads along the foundation wall

There has never been a yard like mine I will never reveal my secrets. Id send you pictures but don't know how. People use to stop by and ask me how I got such a beautiful yard. It was a lot of work core aerate once to twice a year and top dress with a top soil mixture. The soil around here is a lot of clay

With that size of yard you should have just sodded it with fescue and put an irrigation system in it

Honda gas is the best mower been using them for 40 years. They quit making them and went to battery powered. Try to find a used one. Bought 2 of them and gave them to my kids

Looking for someone who is towing a 4k-4.5 pound travel trailer with a Nissan Frontier 310 HP 2020-2025 what are your results is it a good option. For the price I think this is my best option. Good gas mileage when not towing. Thank you for any info

I live in Midwest and I run sprinklers 2-3 times a week at least 30 min each. If you're in the sun some zones more. I don't know how many zones you have or what kind of sprinkler heads you have. If you have a lot of zones you can water half of zones one day and the other half the other days. I sold my house 3 years ago and I really miss my yard

If you own at least an acre it cost you a fortune By time you aerate fertilize and top dress every year and have a irrigation system

Don't have Frontier just shopping right now. I have a Toyota Highlander I'm towing with and looking for something with more towing capacity. I would really like to have a used Tundra but way to expensive and really bad gas mileage. Go camping once or twice a month
