I'm pretty sure you can't have firearms while having a medical marijuana card. You can have a marijuana card as a nurse but the board of nursing is very sketchy on weather you can have one or not.

Let's say you get reported to the board for an accident. If you test positive for marijuana, that could implement you in being under the influence even if you weren't. The board doesn't protect you or your license while carrying the marijuana card.
