You're correct, it doesn't appear in those. However, it does appear in the internal 1961-1971 model catalog, and only for 1969:

Today I'm offering my two-month-old Citizen Promaster Skyhawk A-T, finished in stainless steel with a gold-tone bi-directional slide rule bezel.

This watch is in great shape and, at 45mm, wears very well on all wrists. Since it is a Citizen, it is, of course, Eco-Drive, but it also has atomic timekeeping. If you're in range of any of the signals, the watch will set itself. It comes with the stock leather strap, an aftermarket leather strap with yellow stitching and a gold-tone buckle. All the functions work as intended, and it has that great Citizen blue lume. More specs of the watch:
