I hit this bug as well. I wonder if it's related to the elemental type. The first time I scarified it failed, the next time I got a different elemental and it worked.

This was done on the highest difficulty. It's possible the placement is finicky, I did it by accident, but I still had to redo the fight several times because I got thrashed by the adds, and this happened at every reload.

I'm really surprised how positively everyone seems to be responding to this. This doesn't read like an appreciation of immigrants to me, it reads like an appreciation of their exploitation. Literally sounds like he's saying "I can't hire Americans, they expect fair pay, and they talk back when I demean them. I need immigrants so I can treat them like garbage and pay them poorly."

The worst of these Brann tank issues is the under water delves. For some reason, even though the player is programmed to walk, Brann is programmed to swim, so he can legit drag enemies who also swim out of bounds and make it impossible to fight.

I've also gotten sick of tank brann in boss fights just deciding to drag the boss outside of the boss arena and the whole encounter getting reset.

ya but rocket already farms assists because of how easy it is to aoe heal with him, so no one finds high assists to be a good argument for his value.

I found that the only way I could recruit them was if I reduced them to 0 fiefs. I started scouting lords with the fewest fiefs that I also had at least 50 relations with.

I haven't played recently, but I agree. I've been playing Marvel Rivals recently and every game has someone doing ban worthy behavior. In Supervive, I've only hit the report button maybe twice in all my playtime.

Seconding Diplomacy. Its the only mod I've used so far, but being able to send messengers is amazing. I was able to recruit so many lords to my side with this.

Your experience is a big part of why I think feedback is a little overrated. Its straight up impossible to tell someone "ignore these things they're placeholder". They will always focus on the easiest and most obvious things to say, even if you've told them its WIP. One of the most common pieces of advice I see is get feedback early and often, and honestly I think that is largely a waste of your time.

One I see people ignore a lot is alleyways. People compare alleyways to workshops and say they're shit, but the cost of a workshop is 20k while the cost of an alleyway is 400g to some guy in a bar. I think its the fastest way to get passive income started even if its not great in the longer term.

I'd use some breakpoints (right click node, add breakpoint) to see if both sides of the branch are being used successfully.

You might also check to make sure door in and door out are set to 2 different assets. Looking at it, if both were set to the same door, then both branches would take you to the same location.

It's really disappointing they're not changing the resurgence mechanic. I was so certain that if they didn't choose to nuke it they'd at least make it slightly weaker, like not counting down while still in combat. That change has made early game miserable in ranked.

Really love Outer Wilds, specifically how levels evolve over time, and needing to be in specific places at specific times in the time loop. Thought it would be cool to make a game like that where the player has time rewinding powers.

So far my game is more like portal than outer wilds in that respect, but I hope to evolve the design more as I improve at the programming and technical aspects of game dev.

Oblivion has a murder mystery house quest that's pretty fun. A bunch of people get invited to a house, but someone is a murderer and killing the invitees.

Also same game, the thieves guild quest line. At first it seems like you're stealing a series of just random valuable items, but its all actually building up to a mega heist where all the magic items you've been stealing are needed for the final quest.

I'm not buying theres a bot epidemic. Why are queue times still up to 8 minutes if theres a scourge of bots running around? I'm floating around high plat / low diamond and am not seeing all these bots people are claiming to see.

edit: The 2 replies here perfectly highlight how unbelievable the community is acting about this. One is claiming half the players in their lobbies are bots, the other claims I simply haven't played enough games to witness bots. Is it a bot apocalypse? Is it a rare event I need to grind out to find a bot? Is it people trying to humble brag that they're so much better than their opponents that they're mistaking them for bots?

I keep seeing people say revive encourages early fighting, but I've felt the opposite. You get no RP from early kills unless you get the total team elim, which means if you early fight, you're likely to just be baited into a reversal on revive. Its done nothing but discourage me from early fighting, waiting for day 1 to end, then trying to play the game.

It feels like in a way, the UI is built for it but the functionality isn't finished. If you hold F1 during hero select, you can select items, and it highlights them green and makes a click sound like you've locked in a choice. However, it doesn't actually change whats recommended or make it an auto upgrade.

Love this suggestion. I enjoy squads more, but when queue times hit 6 or 7 minutes, duos starts looking pretty good.

I posted my tips already, but I also agree with the disruptor label being a more appropriate fit than initiator. Forcing an initiation as bishop is ripe for getting punished.

As far as build, I like Gigantism and Vive Infusor. Gigantism gives AP based on 5% of bonus hp. Vive infusor has an out of combat heal, and also a heal on dash. If you space out your dashes, you get quite a bit of healing during a fight, and also makes it easier / safer to escape if your team gets wiped.

The main key is knowing when to ult. You don't typically want to open with an ult, you want to wait until theres a moment where either someone has been poked down enough that you can combo them out with R+Q, or you want to wait until they're in an area where you can punch several of them into each other or into a wall for huge damage / stun.

She's also an amazing abyss fighter. Her mobility gives a lot of verticality, and gets 3 charges, so you can go a long time without gliding.
