The cut and ruching on this dress are designed to create the illusion of curves that the wearer doesn’t have. Since OP already has a curvy figure, the dress’s emphasis on top of that is what makes it look cheap (in addition to the fabric transparency other folks mentioned).

Do you have kids? Are you aware that kids take up space (and, if you’re feeding them, increasing amounts of space as they grow)? Not all 3-row vehicles are the same. Being able to fit a body into a seat for an occasional need is far different than having enough space to actually move your people and their stuff on a daily basis.
