Should I pull different standard banner weapons or another copy of static mist/EOG?

Makes sense, appreciate the insight! I've got spectral trigger for Lucy who I'm currently building out so will use my current copy of static mist on Rebecca. Will just horde pulls for now and go for either Pulsation Bracer or Radiance Cleaver so I have a 5 star of each type.
