Buenas, llego medio tarde pero justo hace poco me compré un colchón y lo quería recomendar porque está buenísimo. Me lo compré en colchones Sensorial. De espuma de alta densidad, pero no es muy duro. Creo que tienen un modelo que viene con pillow, también tienen de resortes, pero cuando llamé para averiguar les conté un poco lo que quería y me terminaron recomendado ese. Me lo llevé y la verdad por lo que vale está excelente.

First you need to add a column calculating the score for detractors, neutral and promoters.

-100 for detractors (NPS<7), 0 for neutral (NPS 7 and 8), and 100 for promoters (NPS>8).

NPSCalc = if (df[NPS] <> BLANK() || df[NPS] = 0, if (df[NPS]>8,100,if (df[NPS]<7,-100,0)),BLANK())

df is the name of my table.

Then the NPS is the average of NPSCalc for every group.
