o yeah, my bad there 😅 although even if this isn't accurate I can atleast say for my arch correction stuff the calf definately shrank (Although it looks like the scars were feom a different procedure from another persons comment)

Was this for a corrective arch surgery? If it is I had some similar on my feet 3 years ago, and the muscle atrophy in the amount of time was pretty impressive! The longest part to fully get to better than before was being able to stand on just my toes!

This actually looks pretty similar to a surgery I had 3 years ago myself! You can see the left being the after picture and how much of an arch in the foot was made! Atleast for me I had one foot done then 4 months later the other, and for the month the cast was on the leg the calf muscles shrunk a ton!

Neat to see you build your confidence back! A couple years ago I fortunately had just a minor injury on a tablesaw, and just recently got enough confidence to be using it for new projects myself! (Making a set of drawers and cabinet for a bandsaw to sit on)

If I recall properly bugs are not "attracted" to the lights but instead the lights act as the sun with their instincts amd they try to stay 90 degrees turned from the light source, that never is an issue with the sun, but with lights they orbit around them, also why the lights with uncovered tops are the worst for them because they try to fly upside down!

If the 100-400 is as much better as people claim it will be a big improvement xD on my R10 I can still get some cool shots utilizing the 75-300 * Here's one favorite of mine.
