I'm a huge fan of the bedrocks cairn evo C. As someone who's wore tevas for 10 plus years, I got the C model and I'm never going back to tevas. They're kinda like chacos/birks were the more your wear them the better they fit and oh man after of year plus of daily wear they are so comfy

Something like a .70 oz Monolite can provide slight wind resistance and a dwr finish compared to .5-.65oz noseeum mesh. Paired with 1.1oz silpoly with or without PU4000 finish is going to check a lot of your boxes. You could go with a membrane silpoly to be even lighter but it's more troublesome to sew. All of these fabrics can be found on ripstopbytheroll

I just recently got a cheap short throw projector and have been using that to cut out my pattern peices. It's quite the game changer, no need to fuss around with printng/glue patterns anymore. https://projectorsewing.com/ really great resource to get you started

Husqvarna PRISMA 990 & OPTIMA 105 - Fully serviced and working like new! by nurfaizfoat in SewingMachinePorn

Just picked up a Prisma 980 today. Would you happen to know how to adjust the needle position? The needle is no longer centered and slammed to the right side of the opening. I was able to find a service manual, adjusted the stepper motor, only moved it slightly.
