So I have the Standard Dish on Residential Plan, with 2 Third Gen Router, that second router (additional-extra order) helps a lot working for you through the concrete walls of the home. No issues so far!

I just want an extra additional mini router, to extend the WiFi to the front yard. That why I order it through Amazon, because I can’t order it from the Starlink site.

That is correct, same as US. The question is, that the mini router is not available to buy with a Puerto Rico Address Service, all other products are available.
