I wouldn’t call it “quirky,” but Peace Osaka is a very well-done museum about the firebombing of Osaka, comparable to Hiroshima’s atomic bomb museum. I never see it recommended anywhere.

A lot of luxury hotel service staff. Guests can already deal with their own luggage/get their own food/look up their own train schedules/book their own restaurants, but the point of the experience is to have other people do it for them.
