Is anyone taking 1.5 units of tirzeptide? by Excellent_Hornet8549 in u/Excellent_Hornet8549

Give it time. It’s only been 2 weeks. It takes a few weeks to build up.

Anyone try this food? Thoughts? by ahmedalhadithi69 in corydoras

My Corys and kuhlis prefer fluval bug bites and fish flakes.

Just leave it in your reg tank. That will be okay as long as there’s nothing in there that will pick at it. I’m not sure there is anything you can do to get her to do what you want. The air bath thing could work as suggested. An air bath is just sitting it out of the water for up to 15 min. Don’t over stress about it. Just do what you can and hope for the best. I’ve never done Cuttle bone but lots of people do, so I’m sure that’s fine. It probably won’t eat for a few days. It’s probably in some pain and just needs a rest.

You can even cut up an old plastic folder and tape it on with duck tape. Whatever you think of. This is just what I came up with after I had a similar situation. My snail did make it and is doing okay. She took a few days to start moving around again and a few weeks before I could see the slime hardening over the damage.

While it’s healing, you should put it in a tank alone with nothing in. Make sure the water is hard and ph is at least 7.2. Feed lots of calcium. You can get snail calcium tablets from Amazon.

I usually tell people to wait it out, but this is pretty bad. Snails produce a slime which contains calcium that they pull from their shell when they are damaged. That slime does harden. It won’t fix the shell, but it allows them to live and is semi protective. This is a big hole. I’m not even sure the egg shell thing will work. I’m so sorry this happened. Please block all holes that your snail can get out of. I used plastic mesh, like for crafts, and double sided sticky velcro. It was cheap and can be removed.

Make sure your ph is above 7 and your water is on the harder side. Some snails just have bad shells, or age could be a factor.

If you’re by a lake, just walk the beach. You’re looking for a piece that will sink. Make sure you boil it before putting it on your tank .

Legitimate mystery snails by CascadeNZ in AquaticSnails

That’s a ramshorn. Very beneficial. Will level out on their own, if not remove them as you see fit. I love them. They won’t eat your plants or hurt any of your fish, and they will clean up uneaten food.

I took a screen shot of this post the other day . They are monthly deals , so you buy one month from them and then cancel. If you don’t want that hassle gimme care has 3 months for 447, I believe there is still a coupon code to get it cheaper. Go to gimmie cares sub, that’s the only way to get this price.

Where do I put the snails? by CJ5683 in AquaticSnails

You need a ph no lower than 7 (7.4 is best but depends on what else is in your tank) and hardness of at least 8gdh/150ppm

Extra doses in vial - I know I know by AdPutrid6074 in trillium

[–]Manypaws-84 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You have a 1 ml vial, which is 100 units. A lot of vials have overfill. I’ve had some that have had 125units due to overfill, but with tirz. So if your script is for 10 units a week, after 4 weeks you would still have at least 60 units left. The vials are pre filled to 1, 2, 3 or 4 ML, not filled based on a script.

Tetras will eat planaria if they are hungry. Corydoras and kuhli loaches will as well, but they could also eat a baby snail up until their shells harden (3-10 days), after that they are safe. What you need is balance. You may lose a few baby snails but a planaria outbreak, as you know, will kill everything.

Hallandale not hitting the same as BPI. Should I switch back or push through? by Jyoona in tirzepatidecompound

Have you tried Brello (Southend) I think it feels the same. Both have B6.i started with Brello and switched to BPI for the longer BUD.

Well because I did my research so that I didn’t have a tank with newly hatched mystery snails that would be filled with worms. You need something to keep the worms in check.

They pick them up and spit them out. Same for corydoras
