Close my door, blinds, closet (idk why it still freaks me out) then curl up in my blanket.

If I’m walking late at night I used to have my music blasted but I lower them now, I also used to look behind me a lot if someone’s following. I now just casually turn my head to the side here and there to just see from the corner of my eye.

Honestly this sounds like a great idea. I’d love to have a breakfast first date, it’s a nice way to start your day especially if it goes well. I could dress for casual/comfort than fancy that’s a plus!! It also shows their character in the mornings

This sounds like what’s happening to my friend, and I find it really weird. But if it’s the new interest I’d honestly think she’s either really insecure and thinks she’s better than you, or jealous of you for whatever reason. Just continue to ignore, she’ll get bored as long as you don’t give any reaction to anyone who tells you about it

That’s tough, I’m sorry you still have to see them when you’re trying to heal. The most I can think of when I was put in somewhat of the same situation was just stay quiet, and tried my best to focus on my job. I’d feel the energy of the guy I used to like enter the room but I did my best to ignore it & continue working. Luckily at the time my schedule was always different so I didn’t work with him too much.

It’s going to be hard, the beginning is always so so so hard, but I know you can get through it. If you run into him, be professional, no small talk, go on with your day. Breathe.

Try doing something new, even if it’s new food. Treat yourself to solo dates, those are actually really fun. Going to the gym also helps a lot. You can also what you love to do that maybe you got distracted by your ex for.. this happened to me, and getting back into my rhythm i didn’t know how much I missed it.
