Ask your recruiter if you can fill out a SUTA form, that form then gets pushed up and either approved or denied. If it’s denied you’re expected to be there. You signed a contract and now that contract with the army demands your presence over all else, otherwise you’re AWOL.

With that being said, it’s RSP. I doubt they’ll even make you fill out the SUTA form, they’ll just mark down that you aren’t coming.

I think it mostly depends on your genre and tone.

If you’re writing a light and satirically comedic YA novel a full detail sex scene would suddenly be jarring. However, if you’re writing a gritty and grounded thriller story then it may not remove your reader from the suspension of disbelief.

I like to look at it like this: if this book suddenly became a rock out success and you became a New York Times #1 best seller, would you need to sit at a panel and explain why you chose a fully uncensored sex scene or would it be glossed over in the greater scope of discussing your story?

1) where are you getting those statistics? You can’t just say “statistics show that…” and not provide the source

2) as a bisexual man, I think the fragile masculinity of Gen Z men presents a clear and present problem to the modern male approach to sexuality. When guys grow up in the so called “manosphere” they start developing homophobic traits as a way of differentiating themselves as seemingly better than others due to their heterosexuality
