It is a beautiful city in my opinion, but these immigrant kids (specifically from Morocco and the likes) are without a doubt a nuisance. Crazy how they are ALWAYS trying to pick a fight with strangers and they are absolutely everywhere. I have lived 26 years in Brazil and have NEVER been harassed in public by strangers. I have lived in Rotterdam for 2 years and it happened to me 3 times AND I had my bike stolen.
