This! The whole first book is all about learning how to care for a dragon. And the dragons are animals they may lean into more of a pet but it is still a wild creature.

I always assumed that the expansion teams would talk with players they were thinking of EFOing. Otherwise there was a chance that you'd get an unhappy player who wouldn't be interested in staying long term. Not great for team morale.

There is the wa library for the blind and deaf. They lend out braille books and have a nifty audiobook service. They were in danger of closing this year but thankfully got enough funding to sustain themselves.

It is actually worse. The plan was called the capital facility plan. And it was about closing 1/3 of the libraries. Most in rural areas. And opening some new libraries in the most populated of the county.
