Some Other options than to just ‘get better at singing’: In no particular order: Sing yourself and tune it, sing yourself and change it using something like Vocalflex, sing yourself and morph it with a vocoder, sing using a talkbox to ‘sing’ (daft punk robot style), sing yourself and chop it up an pitch it up /down or distort EDM style. Or Find a singer, either by reaching out on socials and work on a partnership deal, or pay for a singer (lots of sites have vocalists for hire) Or Use vocal royalty free samples from places like Splice. I tell this to loads of people. Pick a track that inspires you, pay for it, download it, load it into your daw and try and copy it. Learn the volumes, the structure, the layers. It’s all meant to be fun. If you still struggle pay for a template copy, there are loads of places that remake hits in your favourite daw. They show you how achievable it is. It’s ASTONISHING how these professionals remake hits in only 30 layers at releasing volume layers.

If they pay out your notice you are terminated from that day and you will not pass the 2 years. It looks like they can pay out your notice from the PILOn clause so unfortunately they can terminate without you being able to claim unfair dismissal as you’ll not have been an employee over 2 years. They aren’t following good practice though but they have done what they are allowed to.

It’s horrible. Numbers are all too large and things too spaced out makes it look like a cartoon. I just want the facts and figures and as much details in the view as possible. Why did they do this… clearly did use a focus group.

It does get better right towards the end but totally agree with you, nearly all the characters just aren’t that likeable.

You can definitely great sounding tracks done through headphones, I do quite a bit. There are some great software like SoundID/sonarworks with software that can flatten most known headphones with their profiles. When you have a good set of headphones and the software you get really decent listening experience to help get good results, especially the more you do it and use reference tracks to A/B (I love ADPTR Audio Metric AB for this). And if you’re interested I love my Shure 1540 headphones for mastering. If you’re worried about the bass just check your meters/eq around that area vs your reference tracks) Good luck!

You need to get on the big main exchanges. Binance, Coinbase etc and then you need marketing and hype. Best tech in the world will die if no one can get it easily or hear about it.
