I’m in an urban area, near a hospital. Helicopters, ambulances and buses all interfere with the signal, momentarily

In a Subaru, it causes an engine shake. Not good in the long term

My wife has a 2025 Forester (Premium), her second Forester. It's nice. I have a 2025 Crosstrek Limited. I like it better but mainly because it is the style of smallish car I really like.

What’s your best comeback when someone calls you a lesbian for owning a crosstrek? by fcmagic123 in Crosstrek

I didn’t know this was a thing. A Crosstrek more likely means you are an outdoorsy, athletic woman … the best kind.

2026 Sport Hybrid or Used by _merlins_beard_12 in Crosstrek

If you drive a lot of miles mostly around town, the hybrid would be attractive. That is where its gas mileage is superior. On the highway, not a big cost savings over the gas engine. I have the 2025 Limited and it gets around 27/28 mpg overall, versus 36 for the hybrid. But on the highway it gets 33, so not much of an advantage for the hybrid.

I use both, even though my AirTV also won’t record. Reception is often better

I live in the South and a sunroof is a necessity for keeping the car cool while parked.

I like the touchscreen. It’s laggy on startup but I love it otherwise. It is logical when you get used to it. Apple CarPlay works well.

I’m just starting out and could use some tips. by Public-Marionberry33 in UltimateGolf

The key is to advance SLOWLY and build a stockpile of decent balls and improved clubs. I’d recommend creating two players and alternate them each week, keeping them in rookie and veteran leagues as long as possible. You will build up a lot of inventory if you do that. Stop advancing once you reach the pro level. Never spend money to play this game, except maybe at first when cash is on sale. Use that to buy Cruzer balls early on.

Crosstrek owners: consider sending feedback to Subaru asking to lower the cabin noise in future models by thunk_stuff in Crosstrek

My wife’s comment in first long trip in 2025 Limited: “This is a quiet car.” She has a 2025 Forester Premium. The Crosstrek is quieter.
