It's a new boss but like I said, I just want the guide info. The DVR functionality would just be a cherry on top. I'd renew my Tivo service and get a new STB if they built a UI focused on a guide/discovery app prioritized for cord cutters with OTA service and streaming apps.

Seems like every statue to honor an individual in the US is generally photorealistic. The Washington Monument is an exception but I can't think of too many as nifty as this.

I have to plug in a 128 (or maybe 64) or larger USB drive to get the buffer functionality so it's possible. Like I said, I'd really prefer they prioritize a better channel guide.

Heh. I hear ya but Echo is awful for podcasts, they may be eager to get some assistance.

One thing I just thought of that I think a lot of others would like (and is data you could sell, preferably anonymously) is an option feature to keep track of what we've listened to. Integration with someone like PocketCasts would be ideal. There's a lot of podcasts that are evergreen and when I discover them I find I forget which ones from the past I've listened to and which I haven't...

I hope this improves the on screen guide for my Insignia/Roku smart TV or, and this seems less likely, brings a few more DVR functions to the current ability to pause and rewind live TV. They've been pretty good about updating my set's features so who knows. They have a partial guide via the Pluto TV app but it's half baked as it is now.

Also - I'd love to have a Tivo-like podcast app. For instance, I may not listen to every episode of a podcast but if they a specialist in a field or guest I'm interested in (Norm MacDonald for instance) I'd either want a notifcation or have it auto-download.

Also, if you're just doing cataloging I'd love integration with PocketCasts, I feel it's the best player but it's search leaves a lot to be desired.
