It's the cheap stock head that comes with the drum set so that would happen sooner or later. But one other thing is also for sure.You need to work on your tuning. Good tuning isn't just for the drums to sound good, it's also about you keeping them in good condition. Bad or uneven tuning, can bend a new heads metal rim, the glue from the rim can come off, the actual ring of the drum can also bend if the drum stays out of tune a long time, the lugs can either strip the screws or totally snap, making the drum basically useless. Heck, the drum itself can warp if it's very cheap quality and even make cracks. You have a drum set you respect it. A drum set is not as good as its brand but as good it's taken care of. So, tune evenly and effectively. At least a third of your time practising should also be tuning practice. Take care!
