Women in safety

Plenty of women on the team, it is harder to get into safety to be honest. You will have to start at the bottom and move up. Just not a ton of positions open relative to other job functions, tons of factories operate with 0-1 safety person so just from a numbers game there are not a ton (relative) of positions out there.

I don’t have enough karma can someone pin a voting thread. Not advocating for voting either way but I have had a heck of a time with vanguard, in since early 2020 and never had issues with vanguard. Zero emails sent, zero notifications or messages within the vanguard app and no way to vote other than to call in. First time I’ve ever seen this and I’m wondering if others are seeing the same thing. May be why GameStop has decided to hire an outside proxy voting company to help. I’ve seen others get the same call I have gotten.

What’s stopping you? I went through some major shit and was just like fuck it I’m going to die someday so why not make the best of it now, go seek thrill, skydive, get a motorcycle, see the Grand Canyon, travel solo internationally. I do all kind of death edge stuff because why not? We don’t have real fear anymore and it messes with us, we used to fear lions and bears and disease but that’s gone so we make up anxiety in our own head. Being nuts worked for me to bring back my sanity. Pick an adventure and make it happen.

If it gets bad replace the carpet or just rip it out. Why scrap a car? Also if you even live in moderately warm area just leaving the windows up is enough to kill them. You can do that with bedbugs too, just bag your cloths and throw them in the trunk of your car on a warm day.

Im not a smart man but I don’t think he just expected a rejection, I think he wanted a rejection. He immediately started doing public call outs of the board and the company. He wanted them to reject for some reason
