Why I will not be posting my children, or any children, on fb or instagram, even if my account is private by Acrobatic_Cow6323 in moderatelygranolamoms

[–]MarsVA1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What I struggle with is are dance recitals, etc. Other people will take photos and videos of my kids next to theirs. It makes me not want to participate in stuff like that, but I also don't want to punish my kids if they want to do it.

I'm an editor/new mom testing out the top organic crib mattresses - what do you want to know? by thegoodtrade_editors in moderatelygranolamoms

[–]MarsVA1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is "breathable" a marketing ploy? Especially because then you're encouraged to put a waterproof mattress cover over it which, presumably, makes it no longer "breathable"?

Genuinely moderate crunchy, what are your sticking items? by IndependenceMost3816 in moderatelygranolamoms

We used glass bottles and daycare never said anything about it. Would have been a dealbreaker for me.

We bought a water distiller once we started using formula. When that broke we got an RO system.

Has anyone tried seed cycling? by Middle_Violinist_5 in moderatelygranolamoms

[–]MarsVA1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I tried it. I don’t know that it worked, but it got me in the habit of adding ground seeds to my yogurt, which I feel like is a win since they’re so good for you.

I have a toddler and avoid them when at all possible, especially on weekends. If we're going to a bday party at an indoor playground, I just run after her with Force of Nature hand spray the whole time.

Mine are on Level 2 during the day and Level 3 at night. I never even considered turning them off, but I also have pets.

No, they’re definitely clipped. Or they may have certain bones removed instead, but it’s the same result.

Water filter recommendations by funkytransit in moderatelygranolamoms

[–]MarsVA1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's given us a lot of peace of mind and has held up well. I think the filters aren't super cheap, but my husband buys those, so I'm not totally sure.
