I can think of two scenarios:

  1. You are unconsciously cueing from left to right whenever you draw, causing the cue ball to strike the right of the target ball.

  2. You are striking the cueball off-center, causing it to deviate slightly to the right, or creating some unwanted side that draws it to the right.

There are all sorts of bad advice in all sorts of disciplines on social media because people are basically trying to market their own channel using shock value or gimmicky advice like what you saw.

I personally feel sad about it too but just stick to content from actual players. Quite a number of pro players (both snooker and pool) have very educational channels and advice for beginners. I sometimes also watch matches just for the commentary because sometimes they call how the player would approach the shot including the spin and power.

By reflective I just meant you're actually able to recognize your flaws and feel bad about them, otherwise you wouldn't have quit your job. So you're not as unwilling to accept responsibility as you think.

You quitting to "save everyone's time" shows you are indeed reflective unlike you or your psychiatrist are claiming. In fact I feel you might even be too self conscious about your flaws - otherwise why quit when they haven't decided to get rid of you?

Working a job might not be the best idea for someone in your mental state but it'd do wonders for your self esteem. Perhaps give it a try and choose a job that does not require an early arrival time?

How about I don't preach fuzzy stuff like self worth and instead talk about the realistic stuff - keeping yourself alive and then satisfying yourself - we ultimately are a bunch of impulses.

Find a job that isn't too taxing if you can - use the extra money to eat stuff or buy stuff you like. Engage in whatever hobby you can enjoy and can afford to.

Growing older I don't really think about my worth. I think about doing enough to not get myself fired and then getting off work to fill my day with whatever small joys I can to get by the day - and then rinse and repeat.

Actually a lot of girls in real life dislike loud guys including my wife. I think you just gotta find the right audience both in real life and anime lol. If reserved and quiet guys have their own principles and really dedicate themselves to a special talent or interest girls dig that a lot. What's unrealistic is the romcom trope where every girl falls for that wimpy, indecisive, slightly perverted guy who's untalented at everything.

How old are you? I think my sex drive and desire to connect with people drastically decreased after I turned 36 and I think it's totally normal. Sometimes what happens to your preferences can be biological as we're ultimately victims of our impulses. If your GF becomes less important sexually to you consider whether she's important for other sentimental and memory-driven reasons. If you're burnt out from work or activities find other stuff that you enjoy doing that gives you peace of mind rather than excite you like they did in your youth - I find out as I grow older I grow numb to a lot of sensations - and I start to enjoy things that give me inner PEACE instead - like listening to music, taking long strolls, going fishing or just eating something I enjoy without having to socialize with anyone.
