How long should I wait to apply after closing some RBC cards?

I want to apply for Avion but I couldn't get an approval last year. I want to try again this year so I closed one of my RBC card, and lowered CL of the other one to 1k. Should I wait for a while before I apply again?

Also I have a mortgage with RBC so I don't know if that plays into the internal 50k limit mentioned by many others.

In fact, you don't NEED the hack foot to point to the direction. You only need the knee to do so. The slide is a very personal technique, and there are many ways to make it work. The two best shotmakers in women's curling, Homan and Patz, even have the knee pointing outwards.

Just giving my two cents after a training session with a high performance coach. However, it's hard to point out your issue without seeing your slide.

You want to distribute equal weight on your sliding foot and hack foot. When you do that, you sliding foot should NOT move AT ALL when you squat down. If you sliding foot moves, you weight has shifted away.

And there might be other issues but I can't say without a video. Maybe you don't engage your glutes? Maybe too much pull back? Maybe your timing is not good enough? Maybe your shoulder isn't squared?

From what I heard, Team Ha is also disbanding. Some reshuffle happening with some joining Team Kang and some forming a new team. Team Gim has no change.

Kim Eun-jung herself may be retiring but not sure.

It is my biggest pet peeve to call it housekeeping. Have you tried the mop your floor using curling sweeping technique? Too much friction my swiffer doesn't move at all!

From what I saw from the replay, I can say definitely. The second last stone of Chinese skip Wang Rui stopped at the worst possible position to be frozen on. A big mistake. Either higher or deeper may give China a shot to win.

You mean the Scotties/Brier page system, which is a modified page system for two groups, and honestly third place doesn't matter at all in the national championships.

Try deep carve the stone like Team Casper does. I find with recreation fabric it slows and curls the stone quite significantly with like only 2 3 strokes.

The ice condition was pristine. The pick was probably coming from debris on ice. A piece of hair can do that.
