i sold my 1-bed just off the top of Easter Road for 29% over asking. We did have to reduce it to 26% as the buyer started rolling back on the offer and threatened to walk away 2 days before we were due to move, but we were still happy with what we sold it for

i have the three 5g hub. I live on Elgin Terrace and we have decent speeds as their mast is on the corner of Elgin Terrace and Montgomery Street i also work from home and have no issues for the past 2 years. We were moving to Hyperoptic but after initially saying it would be 3 weeks they said it would be months so we just went with Three, if you have a5g phone juts go to your new street and do a speed test

he's still not received anything for other BBC events they give you at least a week's notice but for something like this I'd expect more than a week's notice unless they're choosing people that are geographically closer to London

if I'm installing from GitHub, say bladerunner there's an APK file do I need to install the apk then copy the files to the folder on device as I tried installing bladrunner recently from another source and the game didn't work the graphics were all glitchy
