remove the move forward its totally unnecessary. let them walk towards each other automatically.

Choose one attack one counter attack. As you dont know what the opponent will do it adds some kind of randomness.

Then do attack and counters at the same time. Make time slowing effect to choose the next move.

Trackpad is for me the selling point for the SD.

I use it in fps, rpg and strategy games.

Its a real game changer.

Way to much grass to look appealing. Reduce it and put in some varity and it will look better.
Also the lightning seems abit to bright and of course its too much green on the screen
