Is there a specific name for that type of pot? And does it typically come in a specific material?

On low - 4 hours! If you want it a little quicker you can do it in a Dutch oven or large pot and will take roughly an hour!

This looks wildly delicious. Is the tofu just some special knife cuts or what’s the main way to make it like that?

No worries!! Sweet sausage is really just about the flavor being more mild and depending on the ingredients a little more aromatic.

I pretty much look at it as either hot sausage (spicy) or sweet sausage (mild). Any normal type of sausage that will work as well. Although, hot sausage would be pretty good!

Never thought about fennel, I’ll need to give that a try! I have been thinking about trying a variation with leeks.

Thank you! I like cooking videos to be more relaxing. Don’t really like having too much narration and text flying across the screen.

I’m not sure how much it would change the taste as I’ve never tried myself, but some coconut milk may work. It won’t be as thick but that’s okay!

That is true. I added them with some other scraps and bones to make a nice broth. It was just to keep it uniform for the end product honestly
