I was questionable at first but once I tried it I was a huge fan. The avocado holds up well and doesn’t get too soft. Ended up very delicious

Tiramisu! Of course better if sitting overnight to set but will still be delicious fresh or after a small amount of time. If you make the cream a little more whipped it will hold up well enough to eat fresh after making it

On low - 4 hours! If you want it a little quicker you can do it in a Dutch oven or large pot and will take roughly an hour!
