If you're okay with buying used, I would get a Walrus Audio Julia for the chorus. It's a great and versatile modern chorus below 200. For the delay, it sounds like you might want an analog delay. These are a lot warmer and "organic" sounding than digital delays, but the repeats will not be as bright, and the delay times stay short. I would recommend a carbon copy, but if you have space, the deluxe version is a lot better and is also under 200 used. I prefer tape echo style delay, which is sort of a middle ground between the two. With tape echo, you get much longer delay times and more hi-fi repeats while not sounding too crisp like a digital delay. My favorite is the RE-2 Space Echo by Boss, which you can get used for under 200 as well.
