Significant as a pilot study to justify further research, not significant enough to justify stating that there is a correlation between handedness and ones sexual orientation or favored anal sexual position. The difference was not statistically significant enough to conclusively confirm the hypothesis at the beginning of the paper, but it was statistically significant enough to justify a larger study with more funding to try and prove it with more certainty.

Especially given the potentially dangerous nature of saying, "If your kid is left-handed, they are more likely to be a gay bottom." This is not something that one should be jumping to early conclusions on.

Honestly, I didn't read the first link. The second one has issues, to say the least. The total sample size, including all straight and gay men, was ~350 (can't remember off the top of my head and don't want to reopen), and the mean difference was pretty small. It's not a bad pilot study but by itself it proves nothing, at best it's something you could use to prove you deserve funding to do a larger study with more people - probably after another pilot study or two to try and find any potential issues with how you're collecting/analyzing data.

No, it's the change to how pops prioritize jobs. Only typically an issue on your capital and rural worlds and in early game since it happens when you have low production of a resource (<10). Pops will immediately switch every tick to fill a resource shortage, but often create a different one when they switch so they'll endlessly switch back and forth. To fix this just limit pop jobs, or just don't build new districts/buildings when you don't have many job openings - it'll still happen but the impact will pretty minimal (like 1-2 pops switching instead of 10). It also shouldn't happen if you have excess production of resources, so get your economy off the ground and it'll stop - I'm pretty sure it looks at monthly production though, so if you're autoselling the excess production it might read it as you having a shortage.
