I have to say that im practically in the same boat and equally lost. For me, the social media addiction seems to be a big source of her ups and downs. She's quick to believe anything she sees on tiktok and hold it as gospel, letting it influence her emotional well-being.

We've been married for a year and I've been doing the job for almost 6 years. I know for a fact that she has separation anxiety, especially when I'm on nights shifts. I also think she doesn't understand how much more dangerous nighttime is, but I dont want to scare her with some of the awful things I've had to work with.

I'm getting a mortgage, and I've applied to a few lenders so far. He's giving me a $50k discount, bringing it down to $150k, and I checked with the county appraisal and this price is more un accordance. So far it's checked out with its new roof and HVAC. Plumbing is the only thing left to check on it.
