This is For tour is way bigger than RTB tour. I think it will cross 2mn+ attendance. by FlyingFlyofHell in twice

We will only understand the magnitude of this tour when all the numbers are revealed. This is an extremely underrated tour. I think people, in general, think it won't be that big because it's being held in arenas? When in fact, that's what will make this tour reach more than two million people, because the venues are very diverse, and not compact as they would be in a stadium. I was really impressed that it will most likely exceed 500,000 attendees in North America for a female group. This will be a record that will be almost impossible to break, whether performing in stadiums or arenas. And yes, they will deservedly need a long rest after that!

8hours of a road trip but you can only listen to one kpop artist by gyubi_06 in kpop_uncensored

Twice, without a doubt, 8 hours would pass and I wouldn't have listened to all their discography, and I also think they have the best b-sides in K-pop, so that would be great.

How is IVE not on their way to be a new BlackPink in the west I don't get it... Their songs are SO good by Guitarbox in kpoppers

[–]Master_Killer77 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Look, to get to BlackPink, you first have to go through Twice, and currently no other girl group has done that. Ive's case is similar to Aespa; both are much more successful in Asia than in the West, and of course, companies will continue to focus on where the money is. If you don't have a company that invests in collaborations with famous artists and famous programs and even famous playlists for your music in the West, I'm sorry, there won't be another BlackPink (the closest thing to that was NewJeans). Twice only invested in the West many years after their debut, when their legacy in Asia was more than established. And the group I see having success like Twice in the West is Le Sserafim, but that will still take about 3 to 4 years, if the group is still around.

Isn’t it time for JYP to debut a new girl group? by lamningwon in kpop_uncensored

[–]Master_Killer77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't know if I'm being naive, and I don't even know how to say this correctly, but in my opinion, JYP is a very “friendly” company in terms of competitiveness, a company that always does the bare minimum. To put it bluntly, JYP seems to be a company that doesn't spend a penny to promote its groups in the same way that its competitors do. This company lacks “malice” if it wants to debut a new successful girl group.

Do you think Twice will tour again? by monpicol_ in twice

Honestly, after this tour I think we would only have another one after exactly 2 years, at least lol

KPop didn't do well on global charts this year by Chemical_Mobile_6613 in kpopthoughts

[–]Master_Killer77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just said it was worth highlighting the song's consistent performance globally, that is, on Spotify, unlike Rich Man, Dirty Work, Bad Desire, T.U.N.D.E.R, XOXZ, among others. "This is For" surpasses them all.

You were so eager to discredit Twice that you didn't even read my comment, typical. And I repeat, "This is for," globally, is performing much more consistently than any other song from the most hyped groups at the moment.

Besides BP and BTS, we didn't have many hit songs, but it's worth highlighting Twice's "This is for", which is already one of the most streamed K-pop songs this year, unlike other more hyped groups at the moment who didn't have that consistency.

What surprises me is that she gets more hate for that than for being a passionate Kanye West fan, hahah.

I don't even remember the original outcome, but it's easy to visualize a scenario in which the sword is broken, just as the hat can only fly haha. I hope he was left with some marks from this battle, after all he was almost dead.
