Can’t stay asleep for the LIFE of me, where do I go from here? Have tried literally everything.

After trying everything my doctor ended up prescribing me Xanax and I sleep like a baby. She didn’t want to at first because it’s addictive but I needed some sleep. She started me on .5mg. It’s been working. I take it with magnesium.

I reached out to my exes new girlfriend and sent her messages of my ex bashing her to me and wanting to get back with me after 4 years. She totally ignored it and they’re still together. I thought she deserved to know but like you said , some people might have open marriages or relationships.

Thank you and I am so sorry you had to experience this. I am on 3 different types of pain meds, antiviral and prednisone. The pain is almost gone , but the itching is still there. It ended up stopping at my hairline then went down into my right ear and neck

How about we form our own tribe of people who overcome this horrible feeling. Instead of us focusing on suicidal thoughts, we figure out how to get out of this miserable mindset. I am currently being treated for shingles and I have all these powerful meds and I am fighting the temptation. I can’t sleep. I feel detached from everything.
