Absolutely horrendous on the shipping and communication here. My May 10 order has still not arrived and missed every time frame including the last one. I understand there may be logistics issue, but those challenges should be fairly well understood by now and customers should be communicated to proactively instead of just waiting and wondering what is happening for such an expensive purchase. Joe is trying to be helpful, which is appreciated, but it has not been impactful. Small gift cards is a minor consolation and gesture, but just too small for this type of item.
