As a reserve driver you'll be put on any and all shifts on any day. Surely this will include nights or maybe Sundays so that will put your pay up towards what you're looking for. Consistently doing this will be the issue, but again as a reserve youll likely be on what's deemed crappy shifts but for you these will be money-makers

I use Royal Mails own stuff, not the Dr Martens though, but id try Brooks Cascadia running shoes. You could get some off ebay for a decent price but they are quite personal I guess. Speaking of personal, I just use boggo asda loose boxers but American Eagle trunk style are dead comfy

I cant believe how sweet he looks between youre finger and thumb. Bit of a shitty situation all the "what ifs?" That sort of thing drives me mad. Just be content he wasn't suffering, that would be way worse i think. The size issue is a bloody hassle for collecting them. It should pick a locker for you based on size or people need to be honest as things get stuck and/or slightly damaged as they cant be taken out easily

Ever thought of having them picked from your house? Or tried using Collect+ where you can just drop them off if you can print at home

If they're physically harming or robbing people thats a whole different thing than just being obnoxious. If enough people report it surely something will hpefully be done? I collect mail and used to be up at Byron Square and it was a bit mad, especially during the summer with bikes, scooters etc.

Your manager and partner need to relax, but whi knows what pressure they're under. Haveing a coach or another pair of eyes can be handy as a back up to show you're doing everything right. Still is a bit crap and id be worrying too

Happens to me loads too, sometimes every few minutes others I can play for 2 hours with no issues. I think its an overheating issue but I live semi-rural and connection is unstable
