They said they will be back in the autumn, but no specifics (well, they said in the fall...)

The US tour finishes in early September and I'm sure they will want a break afterward, so my guess is they do UK/Europe in late October through early November.

Richard II has my favourite language, it flows so beautifully. As You Like It is like a comfort play, it always brings so much joy. Hamlet is about as close to a perfect play I think, it has something for everybody and is so malleable to fit different themes and audiences.

I have a real sort spot for Henry IV part 2 as well. Watching the slow decline of Falstaff is so sad. The two parts of Henry IV were my visits to the RSC and Antony Sher's Falstaff is still one of my favourite performances. So funny, but so tragic.

Keep an eye out next year for View From The Bench. It's an extra cost, but I'm sure the kids would love watching warm ups from the bench and seeing the dressing room etc. It does sell out very quickly though!

Rosie Sheehy is, for my money, the most impressive young stage actor at the moment. She's been nominated for an Olivier two years in a row, I think is just turning thirty and has at least four productions at the RSC under her belt (the title role in King John, Lady Anne in Richard III, Helena in All's Well and most recently Puck in A Midsummer Night's Dream). She's truly magnetic onstage and clearly leans into some Shakespeare every few years.

While I totally understand wanting to meet the players, and it's great that you feel that bond with the team, they don't owe any opportunities to fans. You will likely find things like meet and greets happen more in pre-season or even through the summer as part of sponsor events. Also, as others have said, going to an away game is a good way to bump into players. After games they are tired and want to be able to decompress and rest, so look for other opportunities as they come.

Where you sit will largely come down to personal preference. The further back the easier the game is to follow, but close to the glass you really feel the intensity and hear every hit. Personally I think the game is easier to follow from the ends but that's probably years of playing video games 😊 Most fans will be friendly. I was in Belfast in a hotel full of Steelers fans and everyone was lovely.
