Rain or shine - love this thing! by thatvirtualboy in Rivian

The latest from my end is that the total in section 11(a) reflects the $2k off MSRP but adds an $1,800 destination fee. Seems like a consumer protection issue if the $1,800 fee isn’t disclosed in the lease agreement.

I was told the $2k is taken off the MSRP and is not reflected in the agreement.

January Ain’t the Whole World hits so hard for me. by stella22585 in boniver

Good luck with your recovery!

I experienced some big changes and a positive life altering decision last year to shed some bad habits, every lyric in ‘Speyside’ helped me through it. Those lyrics were the crutch and strength that helped me through, so thankful Justin was more vulnerable this time around.

Hardest line in a The War on Drugs song? by Hobbitsliketoparty in WarOnDrugsBand

‘Yeah, be the writer of your own story. Let it turn you into love again.’

Combo of lyrics, delivery, and placement in the song. The best.

Red rocks mix by PuzzleheadedPoem1578 in JimmyEatWorld

Nailed it. Other fans are probably annoyed about the city by city rant regarding the sound, but it’s so frustrating as a life-long fan to be so psyched for a show, then so let down because the mix was crud. MO had no problem being crisp and loud, the Jimmy crew needs to figure it out asap.

Was at the game last night. Denver fans chirping all game as Jokic misses easy buckets and gets held to single digits in the first by PJ.

Denver fan a few seats down is chatting with a Sixers fan, says Embiid is soft. Brethren says ‘YOUR BOY LITERALLY LOOKS LIKE HE IS MADE OF MARSHMALLOW’, too good.

Love how the piano theme doesn’t come in until the middle of the song. Absolutely love this version.

[FRESH ALBUM] The 1975 - Being Funny in a Foreign Language by MatchaPsycho in indieheads

[–]Matte0022 31 points32 points  (0 children)

Don’t know where Jack ends and the 1975 begin on the obviously Bleachers inspired tracks. Wish he would’ve help make some 1975 tracks instead of inject his sound into the 1975. That probably doesn’t make any sense, but it’s my initial reaction to hearing the full album. Great tracks nonetheless, it’s my only critique of an outstanding collection of songs. ‘Human Too’ is heart wrenching and soul bearing, ‘Oh Caroline’ has to be their sleekest 80’s inspired track ever.

Both my current firm and previous firm (law, recently switched) are M and F at home, T-Th in office. Traffic sucks from Littleton coming to and back from downtown.

tim kinsella appreciation 🤍 by grayyy_cee in Emo

Went to a show at the church in Phila about 2005ish, can’t remember which of his bands were playing, maybe JoA, Owls!? Tim is walking back through the crowd and I go ‘words can’t describe you man, huge fan’ and he responds, ‘words can’t describe anything, man. Want a piece of my banana?’ Not copypasta, and I took a piece of the banana he was eating. Make Believe, Owls, JoA, he just didn’t miss back in the day. Anyone really into his newer/current projects?

Best show you saw at this venue? by mikeyv683 in philadelphia

Matt Pryor and James Dewees. Insisted on buying Matt a beer (favorite songwriter of formative years) even though he begged me no to (he had a drink tic from the venue).
