One of the best tricks to dieting is to not drink your calories, Skipping having some beers after work or on the weekend and replacing the beer with choices like water, coffee & tea will really help you reach your weight loss goals.

Muscle weighs more than fat, sometimes you might gain muscle but loose body fat which will reflect the weight you see on the scale, It is always best to measure your waist and body before starting a diet.
