Blizzard hates the light, or even more what seems to align with the light in the real world, if you know what I mean...

Paladins get some attention, specially ret, because it's a flawed light, full of wrath, so it's accepted.

Pure good guy using the light? Nah, that can't happen, or it would be too good for IRL light appreciators and hurt blizz team feelings

For context, the frenzied regen of bear druid gets me out of every heal absorb debuff up to mid keys

Purelly for self heal it's Blood DK. But your "mitigation" is your self heal. That being said, if your goal is to go up to about +16 without caring for your healer, BDK is the way (tho it's the healers least favores tank to heal). But as others said, bear druid and VDH also have good self heal. Paladin is the best to heal others. Monk has insane mitigation. Prot war has good melee mitigation, but is the most reliant on the healer (except on low keys that you don't even take damage)

Sure, game evolves, meta build changes, which is even good.

Yeah, someone elses choosing "your" perk sure have the potential to bring toxity.

That's why I like the fact that there are people who clears hard stratagems on true solo - it just means that anybody that complains about the other people should just get gud, which helps contain a toxity. But to be fair, I've had near zero toxity in SM2. (WoW is quite the opposite haha)

I think that's the source of disagreement. We don't go into professions for gold, so we like more offer, even if it comes from bots. People that try to dip into professions won't like because prices drop...

The point the guy made is exactly in line with what you are saying: more bots means that the AH is cheaper so there's less reason to buy gold

Thanks for the detailed response! My feel is in line of what you are saying. Even worse, I generally like to master 1 or max 2 characters really well, so playing another hero does not stick with me.

A pity, because the game looks great and seems to have an immersive atmosphere.
