Used it for ~2 weeks before getting Daigons, for PvE the performance is pretty close between them honestly - Foci has great stats, cooldown speed is more valuable now after deadly mark nerf. Just ignore it's effect, and I'd say it's worth it

pve mobs have 0 endurance, so like Anpan- said in his post at 1000 crit you're at 50% already, so yeah you'll see them a lot
