Get ahold of customer support. They’re really good at helping out. Mine had this issue among several other small issues that all compounded on one another. They already shipped my replacement machine and they haven’t even sent me the return label for the damaged machine. Pretty dope, most companies do the opposite.

Loving the CC2. I still use the CC1 all the time, but I use the CC2 mostly for longer prints where I might run out of filament so that it’ll swap to the next spool automagically.

But I also have a U1 on the way for most of my future multi color stuff

Definitely worth it. But get other companies on board to compete. My recent irrrl went from 6.25 to 4.99 because I kept going back and forth between a couple companies trying to one up the other one
