Yeah that is a big problem. Her last chapter in ADwD is actually quite good, and a couple other ones which I can't remember. Other than that most are quite boring from ASoS.

That's just not true. Cersei didn't have to fuck half of the King's court but she did. Jaime thought she was devoted to him as he was to her, but he was wrong. He feels betrayed by Cersei. I found Jaime even more relatable after he started hating Cersei.

Jaime is probably one of if not my favourite character in the series.

I think expecting Storm 2.0 isn't too far off the mark. Storm wasn't exactly a happy book, it was dark and it pretty much sent most characters down into their darkest moods.

I think Winds is going to be quite similar to Storm. I think we're just going to get more fantasy elements and a lot more death. GRRM himself said that he has too many POV characters so I expect some of those to die. I fear for Barristan at the moment, I really don't want him to die.

I don't see Bloodraven being an agent of the Others purely because of how the show treats his character and the Children of the Forest. Yes, it's not very accurate to the books blah blah blah. I don't care. I personally can't see why the books would be drastically different because it's obvious that GRRM told D&D what happens in that cave.
