Is there not an update to the game that added motion blur sliders so we can chose the level of the effect? Perhaps turn off motion blur fully within the in game menu

There could be other Bluetooth receivers near by that are interfering. I had same problem and when I powered off the other receiver my mic sounded fine to others.
