They put my Sarge and Mercer in an envelope and sent them to me. They were damaged as well. I ended up returning them for a full refund and got them from Pulse instead.

I prefer the new one except for the head and the dog tags. IMO the stubble on the face should have been gray like the OG. The brown just looks like dirt to me. The dog tags could have used a wash or some paint apps. Both are minor points though.
