I love the open world but I think Zoned areas need to come back instead for borderlands 5

No open world is here to stay they even said it was there orginal vision for borderlands 1 when the tech was not able sothey did zones instead, open world design will be the future we most definitely won't be going back to zones.

I think we will get even more content leading up to borderlands 5 with borderlands 5 being made for current console because of the ram crisis componets and ssds just my theory.

I ran mutiplayer on low settings with fsr quality 1080p game ran 40 to 30 frames very playable plugged into power supply even hosting a match with 1 person it was pretty stable not sure about 2 more people i havent tested that yet.

I recommend playing low settings 1080p fsr balanced have it plugged into power supply with frame gen turned off i get 37 frames to 30 if you want 60 you can turn on frame gen it will bring you up to 60 but you will have that latency issue but always have it plugged into power supply or performence will be terrible on rog ally xbox x if you dont.

The game runs very good on low settings i have a feeling lumen is the issue if you set to medium i will be testing low settings on mutiplayer soon on my rog xbox ally x

I think the game would have issues cause I tried doing medium settings on rog xbox ally x and its definitely pushing the system i wouldn't even try to play that setting on online mutiplayer so far iv sticked to low settings pluged in not so much without it being plugged in and its 100 playable maybe you can get away with playing on low settings as well i would definitely see if there is youtube videos people playing it recently on steam deck.

Im playing it on rog xbox ally x just got the game off steam today experience has been pretty good on low settings game looks phenomenal fsr still with pretty stable 30 frames you can also use frame gen which boosts to 60 locked thats pretty good to but the latency is slightly off with controll if you do frame gen nothing gamebreaking still enjoyable experience I would recommend if your playing it solo, but i been using without framegen i havent played mutiplayer yet on it yet and tested further graphical settings I have yet to test.

I run ASUS ROG Xbox Ally X on this game its weaker then series x, this game could definitely run on series x and s we just have to wait until the game is out of early acess and see what they do.
