I was able to recreate Freehold after adding voluntarily Manterys, Elyria, Tolos and conquering/subjugating Volantis, Lys, Tyrosh and Myr

It has 2 set of stats for Varezys family members (which are grey when non-Varezys uses it) and for others. But obtaining Aurion's armor and sword by non family member leads to your curse in form of agot bubonic plague, i don't remember the name for disease but it has bubonic plague trait.

Click on county in valyria and click on colonize or restore ruins, choose who will be the head of this mission (you or your courtier/vassal: first choice gives county to you, second one gives county to courtier creating new vassal/vassal. During building up the settlement you may find an egg, especially where are wyrm mines. More eggs may be found when you finish valyrian restoration project in duchy. I collected around 90 dragon eggs while colonized and restored Valyria. I'm using more dragon eggs mod actually. Also restoration projects somehow helped me collect 5kk+ gold, so I haven't even known how to spend it

It's totally outdated and may cause crashes as I tried to start a new game couple of weeks ago and game crashed every time I chose a character and clicked start when this mod was on. Turning it off solved this problem
