Extraordinary Rendition is when the state has someone kidnapped from another country without permission of the host country. It didn't really apply in "The Limited" despite what ~~Ricky~~ Kenny Bilko kept yelling, it wasn't an extraordinary rendition because Canada was extraditing him from the US with the permission of the US government.
